• Evaluate Dulcedo’s current NetSuite setup, encompassing scripts, workflows, permissions, reporting, integrations, and customizations to pinpoint risks, inefficiencies, and technical debt.
• Establish a more defined target-state architecture for our finance systems that aligns with reporting requirements, business processes, controls, and future scalability.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting and internal stakeholders to delineate current-state and future-state workflows, ownership, approvals, and dependencies across key financial processes.
• Develop and sustain impactful NetSuite solutions directly, including SuiteScript customizations, SuiteFlow workflows, dashboards, automations, and reporting tools.
• Drive architectural decisions regarding the evolution of the platform while remaining actively engaged in execution when necessary.
• Prioritize and manage the NetSuite backlog in a way that balances immediate business demands with the long-term health and scalability of the system.
• Enhance the internal delivery structure by promoting better standards surrounding intake, UAT, release readiness, documentation, and post-launch maintenance.
• Create and implement workflows that minimize manual tasks, enhance financial visibility, and boost operational reliability.
• Decrease reliance on external consultants by developing more in-house architecture and build capabilities.
• Contribute a strong systems mindset to broader finance tooling and integration discussions as the company continues to expand.
• You possess 8–12+ years of experience in NetSuite and/or ERP systems, with substantial exposure to both technical implementation and solution/architecture ownership.
• You have extensive hands-on knowledge in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, reporting, dashboards, roles/permissions, and NetSuite customization.
• You can assess an existing environment, identify fragile or inefficient aspects, and determine a smarter way forward.
• You are adept at building directly, while also maintaining a systems-oriented mindset focused on scalability and long-term maintainability.
• You have experience supporting Finance/Accounting workflows and can convert business needs into actionable technical solutions.
• You exercise sound judgment regarding prioritization, governance, UAT, documentation, and release discipline.
• You work effectively independently, can clarify ambiguity, and thrive in a dynamic business environment.
• You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You aspire to take ownership of significant infrastructure, rather than merely executing tasks.
• Bonus points if you possess: **>>NetSuite certifications**>> integration architecture experience**>> consulting or NetSuite partner experience**>> broader finance systems transformation exposure.
