.NET Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team to create architectural solutions and develop prototypes.

• Continuously assess the efficiency of development processes and implement optimizations for improvement.

• Introduce innovative tools, methodologies, and standards in product development.

• Lead team meetings, including backlog refinement, sprint reviews (demos), and planning sessions.

• Manage backlog tasks through pair programming, development, and providing guidance on complex issues.

• Oversee the incident team at the 4th line, ensuring incidents are resolved according to SLA requirements.

• Design, code, test, and debug software in accordance with specifications and requirements.

• Work in collaboration with stakeholders and product managers.

• Perform unit tests, integration tests, and system tests.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of overall programming experience, with a strong emphasis on .Net.

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity.

• Over 2 years of experience with Web applications.

• Proficiency in OOP, C#, and .NET.

• Familiarity with EntityFramework, WebAPI, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, NUnit, Mock, DOM, and CSS/SASS.

• Experience with database management systems such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.

• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher (both spoken and written business communication).
