.NET Tech Lead, Senior .NET Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in the development, upkeep, and enhancement of the current DMC application.

• Create and maintain frontend interfaces utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and ASP.NET MVC views.

• Implement backend business logic through C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API/RESTful services.

• Design, develop, and debug SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database operations.

• Comprehend and improve business validation rules, data processing workflows, and integrations.

• Provide support for inbound/outbound file processing, scheduled jobs, and background tasks.

• Diagnose application defects, production challenges, and data inconsistencies.

• Review code, suggest technical solutions, uphold coding standards, and mentor team members.

• Engage in requirement analysis, technical design, effort estimation, testing, deployments, and production support.

• Collaborate with business, QA, and technical teams to implement enhancements and resolve issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in development and troubleshooting.

• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC 5, and the .NET Framework.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and ASP.NET MVC views.

• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and database troubleshooting.

• Experience with Web API/RESTful services and Entity Framework or similar ORM technologies.

• Understanding of MVC and layered application architecture, dependency injection, and debugging techniques.

• Experience with Git or other source control systems.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to understand existing applications and support enterprise applications.

• Experience with Hangfire or similar background job scheduling frameworks is advantageous.

• Familiarity with SFTP, SSH.NET, PGP, and file-processing integrations is a plus.

• Experience with SQLBulkCopy and large-volume data processing is a plus.

• Knowledge of SSO, role-based authorization, application logging, and error handling is a plus.

• Experience with NUnit/Xunit or similar unit-testing frameworks is a plus.

• Skills in .NET 5–10, .NET Core, Web API, React, or Angular are a plus.

• Experience in developing AI tools is preferred.

• Proficiency in Python development is an advantage.

• .NET certifications are a plus.
