.Net Senior Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Join a dynamic team consisting of 5 to 8 developers.

• Daily activities involve hands-on coding, mentoring, guiding, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with the team.

• Create backend applications utilizing technologies such as C#, .NET, Python, SQL Server, and CI/CD.

• Build APIs using Apache SOLR and NodeJS.

• Responsibilities extend beyond development and solutioning, including testing, documentation generation, and maintenance.

• Advocate for development and technical best practices while demonstrating sound judgment.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies proactively.

• Promote the adoption of new technologies and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of overall experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in delivering medium to large-scale web applications and REST APIs.

• Over 3 years of development experience in C#, .NET, .NET Core, MS SQL Server, and Python.

• Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.

• Strong understanding of software development, debugging, and deployment tools.

• Experience with Apache SOLR or Elasticsearch.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes.

• Ability to create technical models and documentation.

• Must be a team-oriented individual, capable of following directions as well as taking initiative.

• Proven proficiency with version control software, preferably Git.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to various technologies.

• Experience in providing code samples (e.g., URLs with descriptions of developed components, zip files, or links to GitHub or equivalent profiles).
