NET+ Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Oversee program operations throughout the entire NET+ service lifecycle

• Act as the operational foundation for NET+’s subscriber-oriented programs and technical initiatives

• Direct logistics activities focused on programs for over 20 quarterly briefings exclusively for subscribers

• Evaluate engagement and participation metrics across various programs and platforms

• Create and sustain program calendars, run-of-show documents, and operational playbooks

• Manage and enhance the NET+ online presence continuously

• Responsible for maintaining the integrity and quality of the NET+ presentation library

• Work collaboratively with internal teams for web analytics tracking and digital experience enhancement

• Ensure divisional efforts are in sync with broader organizational communications, digital, and event strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a similar field

• A minimum of 5 years in program operations, community engagement, or a comparable role

• Excellent written communication skills, with experience in crafting content (using Google Workspace tools) tailored to diverse audiences

• Proficient in managing web content, wikis, or knowledge libraries/databases

• Experience working with data – including participation and engagement metrics, pattern recognition, and generating actionable insights for decision-makers

• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance content quality and operational efficiency

• Adaptable to a remote-first, meeting-heavy environment where organization and responsiveness are essential to the role.
