.NET Enterprise Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Define and steer the enterprise architecture strategy in alignment with business goals and the IT roadmap.

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive integration solutions utilizing the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

• Architect scalable and secure solutions by leveraging .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs).

• Design and establish API-led connectivity frameworks, including System, Process, and Experience APIs.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into architectural blueprints and solution designs.

• Establish integration patterns, best practices, and reusable frameworks.

• Provide technical leadership across microservices, cloud-native applications, and distributed systems.

• Ensure adherence to security, governance, and data privacy standards.

• Mentor development teams while conducting architecture reviews and code quality assessments.

• Promote the adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation strategies.

• Assess and recommend emerging technologies and tools for continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.

• Extensive experience in C#, RESTful APIs, and Web Services.

• Solid understanding of microservices architecture.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Proficient in CI/CD tools, including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS).

• Strong background in enterprise architecture frameworks, with TOGAF preferred.

• Expertise in design patterns, system scalability, and performance tuning.

• Experience with event-driven architecture, such as Kafka or Service Bus.

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and NoSQL databases.

• Understanding of data integration and ETL processes.

• Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments is a plus.

• Knowledge of security frameworks such as OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and IAM is a plus.

• Exposure to AI/ML integrations or modern data platforms is a plus.

• Certifications in MuleSoft, Azure, or AWS are a plus.
