.NET Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and sustain backend APIs and services utilizing the .NET framework (Core/.NET).

• Collaborate on the architectural development of new features while continuously enhancing existing systems.

• Ensure high code quality through unit and integration testing along with adherence to development best practices (SOLID, Clean Architecture).

• Establish and manage observability solutions (metrics, logs, traces) using tools like Dynatrace to oversee application health and performance in production environments.

• Engage with cloud infrastructure, deploying and overseeing services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly focusing on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

• Actively engage in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and participate in code review processes.

• Detect performance bottlenecks and suggest optimization strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with .NET Core or .NET 6/7/8+ and proficiency in the C# programming language.

• Familiarity with Dynatrace for monitoring, tracing, and analyzing application performance (observability).

• Practical knowledge and experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

• Experience in utilizing and managing containers with Docker and orchestrating with Kubernetes, preferably GKE.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).

• Understanding of microservices architecture and asynchronous communication (queues/messaging, e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub).

• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps methodologies.
