Needs Assessment Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Conduct screenings for potential client calls.

• Complete all documentation related to client calls.

• Finalize all necessary reports associated with Needs Assessment and Referral Development.

• Address on-call and off-hours admissions, referrals, and transportation requirements.

• Ensure accurate bed availability across the entire Pyramid system.

• Engage in training and development activities to improve job knowledge and skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Human Services field is preferred.

• Experience in a health or human services agency, particularly in a drug and alcohol setting, is preferred.

• Proficient understanding of emotional, mental health, and drug and alcohol issues.

• Capability to maintain confidentiality.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to build effective interpersonal relationships.

• Capacity to work collaboratively as a team player.

• Ability to exhibit conduct that aligns with Pyramid’s ethical standards.
