Natural Food, Grocery Associate Key Account Manager - Northeast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Provide support for category reviews by assisting with the paperwork for new items.

• Maintain the internal SharePoint site, Account Workbooks, and all relevant trackers.

• Oversee the compilation and dissemination of the department's Monthly Focus.

• Cultivate positive and trustworthy relationships with all principal clients.

• Aid in the management of sales tracking, data collection, and analysis.

• Collaborate with the Green Spoon leadership team to brainstorm ideas for business growth.

• Must be positive, passionate, and detail-oriented.

• Prior experience in account management or a related field is required.

• Excellent communication skills are essential.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Familiarity with SharePoint and data analysis is a plus.
