This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Assist in the delivery of product, service, and sales training throughout the North American Aftermarket.
• Organize field training initiatives in the U.S. and work in conjunction with global training teams.
• Aid in the management of training materials, digital content, and external training resources.
• Facilitate the organization and scheduling of training programs, ensuring consistency and preventing overlap across regions.
• Contribute to the creation and upkeep of training content, encompassing both digital and hands-on formats.
• Support the growth of online training tools and learning platforms.
• Assist with handling training requests and prioritizing them according to business requirements.
• Engage in delivering product training sessions for both internal teams and customers.
• Help maintain records of training procedures, materials, and best practices.
• Monitor and report on training participation and effectiveness metrics.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience as a Technician, Engineer, or Technical Trainer.
• An Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possess mechanical comprehension skills.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Capable of supporting training delivery for both small and large audiences.
• Advanced technical aptitude is required.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with various teams.
• Customer-oriented mindset and a professional communication style.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 50–70%).
