National Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the delivery of product, service, and sales training throughout the North American Aftermarket.

• Organize field training initiatives in the U.S. while collaborating with global training teams.

• Aid in the management of training materials, digital content, and external training resources.

• Assist in the organization and scheduling of training programs to ensure alignment and prevent duplication across regions.

• Contribute to the creation and upkeep of training content, encompassing both digital and hands-on formats.

• Support the growth of online training tools and learning platforms.

• Help in responding to training requests, prioritizing them according to business requirements.

• Engage in delivering product training sessions for both internal teams and customers.

• Assist in the maintenance of documentation related to training procedures, materials, and best practices.

• Monitor and report on training participation and the effectiveness of metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience is preferred in roles such as Technician, Engineer, or Technical Trainer.

• An Associate’s degree is preferred.

• Advanced problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong mechanical comprehension abilities.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Capability to support training delivery for both small and larger groups.

• Advanced technical aptitude.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with teams.

• Customer-focused attitude along with a professional communication style.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50–70% of the time.
