This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the promotion of annuity products by leading and managing a team of Regional Directors.
• Meet the sales objectives set forth by the organization.
• Enhance production by collaborating with independent insurance agents and cultivating new agent partnerships.
• Supervise the effectiveness of wholesaling and the performance of Regional Directors.
• Create metrics to assess and oversee the activities and outcomes of the Regional Directors.
• Aid in coordinating the primary functions of the internal Premier Service Team.
• Sustain strong business relationships with National Account VPs, National Account Managers, and internal stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in key account management.
• Preferred industry-recognized designations such as CLU, ChFC, CFP, or a Security License.
• Flexible working hours.
