National Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Actively promote and sell Verizon Wireless (VZW) devices and services by engaging customers through outbound calls and consultative sales discussions.

• Initiates outbound sales calls to both new and existing customers to spark interest, qualify potential opportunities, and drive sales of devices and services.

• Manages incoming consumer leads while maintaining a robust outbound calling schedule to enhance sales productivity and develop a strong sales pipeline.

• Conducts consultative sales meetings through phone and online channels to evaluate customer needs and suggest suitable VZW products, devices, plans, and services.

• Effectively schedules, confirms, and oversees sales appointments, also accepting bookings made by the Consumer Solutions team or leadership.

• Oversees all stages of the sales process, including outbound prospecting, identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, processing orders, and following up post-sale.

• Recognizes opportunities for upselling and customer retention by reviewing accounts and proactively suggesting upgrades, renewals, or additional wireless solutions.

• Makes, receives, and accurately tracks a substantial volume of sales calls in accordance with performance and productivity standards.

• Serves as a bridge between customers, Verizon Wireless, and internal support teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

• Develops, presents, and fulfills customer proposals and orders, with or without assistance from support teams, while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• High School diploma or GED is required.

• Previous experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or call-center-based selling is preferred.

• Experience in selling wireless, telecommunications, or technology products is a plus.
