This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +11 more states.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing calls for prospective disability clients.
• Execute general office clerical tasks (such as consistently checking emails and chat communications).
• Utilize a script to ask questions verbatim, ensuring the verification of eligibility for potential clients.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Exhibit comfort in handling repetitive, back-to-back calls throughout the workday.
• Show flexibility in adjusting work hours according to the needs of the company.
• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Two years of prior experience in a high-volume call center.
• At least two years of experience with auto dialer software.
• Prior experience reading verbatim from a script in a metrics-driven environment is highly preferred.
• Exceptional reading, writing, and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
• Must successfully pass a background check and typing test with a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an advantage.
