• Remote Contact Center Representative: Deliver essential support from your home with thorough paid training and ongoing coaching to equip you with industry insights and confidence.

• Verification and Follow-Up: Oversee daily verification and follow-up calls with healthcare providers to gather patient records. You will also be tasked with scheduling appointments with providers for record collection.

• Training Availability: Must be available to appear on video during the training phase.
