Call Center Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Triage Symptoms: Evaluate callers by utilizing evidence-based protocols.

• Deliver Immediate Care Advice: Suggest next steps ranging from self-care to urgent care.

• Offer Health Education: Provide guidance to patients regarding medications and test outcomes.

• Crisis Triage: Manage calls related to behavioral health, emergencies, and complex situations.

• Document Interactions: Ensure accurate logging of calls in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with a supportive leadership team and fellow remote RNs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of recent hands-on experience as an Acute Care RN.

• Preference for candidates with ER or Med-Surg backgrounds.

• Must hold a current Compact RN License in good standing from the state of residence.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited American university.

• Proficiency with phone-based care and multi-screen computer systems.

• Strong clinical judgment, emotional intelligence, and documentation capabilities.

• A mission-driven attitude and a passion for serving military-connected communities.

• Experience in behavioral health, mother-baby, and/or pediatrics is a plus.

• Prior experience in telehealth, triage, or call center nursing is advantageous.

• Familiarity with military healthcare systems or VA patients is a bonus.
