This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Triage Symptoms: Evaluate callers by utilizing evidence-based protocols.
β’ Deliver Immediate Care Advice: Suggest next steps ranging from self-care to urgent care.
β’ Offer Health Education: Provide guidance to patients regarding medications and test outcomes.
β’ Crisis Triage: Manage calls related to behavioral health, emergencies, and complex situations.
β’ Document Interactions: Ensure accurate logging of calls in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
β’ Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with a supportive leadership team and fellow remote RNs.
β’ 5+ years of recent hands-on experience as an Acute Care RN.
β’ Preference for candidates with ER or Med-Surg backgrounds.
β’ Must hold a current Compact RN License in good standing from the state of residence.
β’ Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited American university.
β’ Proficiency with phone-based care and multi-screen computer systems.
β’ Strong clinical judgment, emotional intelligence, and documentation capabilities.
β’ A mission-driven attitude and a passion for serving military-connected communities.
β’ Experience in behavioral health, mother-baby, and/or pediatrics is a plus.
β’ Prior experience in telehealth, triage, or call center nursing is advantageous.
β’ Familiarity with military healthcare systems or VA patients is a bonus.
