Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Provides support via telephone to clinics by addressing patient inquiries

• Utilizes the Epic system for various tasks

• Generates in-basket messages

• Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned

• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service

• Experience in clerical, medical, and call center/telephone roles
