This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• In the role of National Account Representative, you will be the key architect of our client relationships within the labor union benefit sector.
• Execute a structured, long-cycle sales strategy specifically aimed at labor union benefit offices throughout the U.S.
• Develop strong relationships with pivotal decision-makers, including plan administrators, office managers, and union leadership.
• Establish and maintain referral channels through third-party administrators, benefits software vendors, insurance representatives, and other influential industry players.
• Actively promote Onsite Logic and the SecureUnions.com brand at national trade shows, webinars, and speaking events to enhance awareness and generate leads.
• Proactively advance deals with persistence, diligent follow-up, and value-oriented communication, even when decision-making timelines are prolonged.
• Keep detailed and accurate records in the CRM for all communications, follow-ups, and proposals, ensuring 100% compliance.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to guarantee consistent messaging, alignment of deliverables, and clear expectation management.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and reliability, always considering the long-term view of reputation and client success.
• Strong preference for previous experience in selling or marketing to labor union benefit offices, especially from backgrounds such as third-party administrators, benefit plan software, or insurance/consulting firms serving Taft-Hartley funds and/or Multiemployer Fund Organizations.
• Over 5 years of proven success in B2B sales roles, with a clear emphasis on relationship building and managing extended sales cycles.
• Comfortable and proficient in working independently while following a disciplined, repeatable process with consistent activity.
• Technologically adept: Capable of effectively utilizing CRM systems, video platforms, email tools, and follow-up automation.
• No previous technical cybersecurity experience is necessary; we seek a willingness to learn and confidently communicate our value to non-technical audiences.
• Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal), excellent follow-through, and keen attention to detail.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
