This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.
• The National Sales Manager for Lender Solutions is tasked with acquiring new business, enhancing current accounts, and boosting transaction volume within Vitu’s product offerings aimed at lenders.
• Formulate and implement a nationwide sales strategy that focuses on banks, credit unions, captive finance entities, independent finance firms, servicing organizations, and various automotive lenders.
• Engage in daily outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, professional networking, referrals, industry events, and face-to-face meetings.
• Uphold a consistent and measurable sales rhythm aimed at creating qualified prospects and generating new revenue streams.
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers in areas such as lending, servicing, collateral management, title operations, repossession, compliance, risk, finance, and executive leadership.
• Facilitate both virtual and in-person discovery sessions, workflow evaluations, product showcases, and executive presentations.
• Guide opportunities through the entire sales process, from initial outreach to contract finalization, implementation transition, and initial transaction uptake.
• A minimum of three years' professional experience selling to, working for, or directly supporting automotive lenders.
• Proven comprehension of automotive lending operations, including several of the following:
• Loan origination and funding
• Lien perfection
• Electronic Lien and Title
• Collateral and title management
• Loan servicing
• Vehicle payoffs
• Lien releases
• Repossessions
• Remarketing
• Compliance and audit requirements
• At least three years of direct experience in or closely supporting automotive dealership operations.
• Demonstrated understanding of dealership processes, including several of the following:
• Finance and insurance
• Deal funding
• Title and registration
• Payoff processing
• Vehicle sales and delivery
• Inventory management
• Used-vehicle acquisition
• Repossession or auction purchases
• Accounting or office operations
• Dealer management systems
• State motor vehicle agency requirements
• At least five years of proven success in business-to-business sales.
• Documented achievements in meeting or surpassing sales, revenue, or new business goals.
• Experience handling complex sales that involve multiple operational and executive stakeholders.
• Capability to articulate technical and operational solutions in straightforward business language.
• Strong skills in prospecting, discovery, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
• Ability to rapidly build credibility with lender executives and dealership operators.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and executive-level communication capabilities.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and pipeline management skills.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid work setting.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar customer relationship management system.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the United States.
• Existing connections within automotive lending, dealership, title, registration, repossession, servicing, or remarketing sectors. (Preferred)
• Experience in selling technology, software, data, workflow, compliance, or transaction-based solutions. (Preferred)
• Familiarity with Electronic Lien and Title, electronic vehicle registration, title management, repossession titling, or lender collateral systems. (Preferred)
• Background in selling to banks, credit unions, captive finance companies, independent automotive finance firms, dealer groups, or automotive servicing entities. (Preferred)
• Experience in developing business cases that emphasize cost savings, transaction volume, cycle time reduction, compliance, and operational efficiency. (Preferred)
• Experience interacting with state departments of motor vehicles or other motor vehicle agencies. (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of relevant industry experience and proven performance. (Preferred)
