• Seek out and secure programs that optimize revenue for Rooms, Food and Beverage, meeting room rental, and more.
• Finalize contracts with clients.
• Travel and conduct sales calls to promote facilities, including local appointments and occasional trips to other locations for tradeshows, familiarization events, site inspections, etc.
• Organize and conduct site inspections for meeting planners and other potential clients.
• Achieve individual and team booking targets; business size averages 300+ room nights at peak.
• Complete prospecting calls.
• Ensure that pre- and post-trip reports (including expense reports) are finalized and submitted punctually.
• Consistently meet defined objectives for property sales growth.
• Generate demand for Caesars properties and boost sales revenue by promoting the Caesars Sales brand.
• Personally lead and finalize large account sales opportunities to enhance market share.
• Diligently work towards unparalleled customer retention and satisfaction that fosters enthusiastic references, thereby increasing brand awareness.
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with property operations to achieve their objectives while enhancing brand identity and service delivery in daily operations.
• Maintain consistent communication with the team and drive exceptional performance.
• Serve as a support network for all sales personnel in the region, aiding them in meeting and exceeding all goals and objectives.
• Communicate effectively with other regions, property and in-market meeting operators, as well as customers.
• Capable of negotiating and comprehending contract language.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a creative, high-energy, proactive approach as an executive with proven sales expertise. Additional traits include:
• Demonstrated experience in selling hospitality to a diverse clientele.
• Established customer network.
• Extensive experience managing an in-market sales team while working remotely.
• A history of consistent performance and accountability through various sales strategies and managing complex sales to a broad customer base.
• Exceptional oral, written, and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal and presentation skills.
• BA/BS degree preferred, though not mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of prior hotel meeting sales experience preferred.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to act swiftly and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure or conflict situations.
• High-volume, fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions.
• Must be enthusiastic, efficient, and able to work collaboratively with colleagues and management.
• Long hours may be required, with flexibility in work hours and availability on weekends and holidays.
• Must be willing to travel.
