This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a sales team to drive the sales growth of Marmon Fastener Company brands.
• Cultivate and expand key accounts.
• Engage in sales with distribution channels and lumber yards.
• Apply value-added selling strategies effectively.
• Interact with both new and existing customers to foster relationships.
• Enhance market share in the Western region of the U.S.
• Create and present sales and educational presentations.
• Manage and develop existing key accounts within a designated area.
• Identify and secure new key accounts within the assigned geography.
• Address and resolve conflicts between distribution and direct dealer channels.
• Negotiate effectively on behalf of Marmon Construction with both current and prospective clients.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Over 5 years of experience in leading a high-performance sales team.
• Proven track record of rapidly increasing market share, both individually and through a sales team.
• At least 10 years of experience selling through a distribution channel, including lumber yards and to end users.
• Preferred minimum of 10 years of experience in Building Materials or Construction.
• Must demonstrate a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to success.
• Ability to comprehend and guide a team in selling based on value rather than price.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Office.
• Willingness to travel overnight for over 50% of the time to effectively manage and grow sales in the region.
