This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Formulate and implement the commercial strategy for the UK within capital equipment, consumables, and services.
• Lead, nurture, and mentor a multidisciplinary team comprising Sales, Clinical, and Product Specialists.
• Promote a systematic approach to programmatic selling and Patient Blood Management (PBM).
• Establish and sustain high-level relationships with clinical, procurement, and executive stakeholders throughout the NHS.
• Manage key strategic initiatives, including complex capital sales and competitive conversions.
• Ensure robust performance management, accurate forecasting, and visibility of the sales pipeline.
• Extensive experience in medical device or healthcare sales.
• Proven capability to lead and cultivate cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the NHS landscape, including procurement and funding processes.
