This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify, engage, and nurture new sales opportunities targeting large healthcare customers nationwide.
• Develop and enhance relationships with procurement directors and Environmental Services (EVS) teams.
• Provide tailored medical waste disposal solutions.
• Oversee the complete sales process from initial prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• Maintain a systematic sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Handle contract negotiations in line with company objectives and healthcare procurement standards.
• Acquire and retain knowledge of products, services, and compliance regulations.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to onboard new clients and address their medical waste management requirements.
• Monitor and report on sales metrics, pipeline progression, and forecasts.
• Deliver regular updates to the Chief Revenue Officer regarding sales activities and performance.
• Ensure that sales practices adhere to federal, state, and local regulations related to medical waste disposal and environmental standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 5 years of B2B services sales experience within the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated success in selling to procurement directors, EVS teams, or comparable healthcare positions.
• Strong skills in negotiation and closing deals.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare procurement processes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to establish and sustain long-lasting relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strategic mindset and flexibility in adapting to shifting market conditions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and tools for managing the sales pipeline.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• High degree of integrity and professionalism.
• Willingness to adhere to an agreed-upon standard schedule and additional hours as required.
• Ability to travel to customer and Trilogy facilities as needed, approximately 50% of the time.
• Possession of a current, valid driver’s license.
• Eligibility to be covered under the company’s liability insurance policy.
