This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Take ownership of and implement the North America B2B sales strategy, converting brand goals into actionable initiatives and measurable results.
⢠Consistently meet and surpass revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
⢠Lead, mentor, and hold the Regional Field Executive (RFE) team accountable to defined KPIs, productivity benchmarks, and territory performance.
⢠Build and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training.
⢠Manage and actively oversee the new business pipeline, including national accounts and strategic distribution growth.
⢠Personally engage in the development of key accounts, strategic partnerships, and closing impactful deals.
⢠Drive both new business acquisition and growth of existing accounts, ensuring strong reorder rates and account productivity.
⢠Establish consistent sales rhythms, maintain pipeline discipline, and ensure performance visibility throughout the organization.
⢠Facilitate accurate forecasting, budget oversight, and executive-level reporting, providing clear insights into risks and opportunities.
⢠Identify and address performance gaps, implementing structured action plans to correct course and accelerate growth.
⢠Utilize data, market insights, and competitive analysis to guide strategy and decision-making.
⢠Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across education, marketing, and channel activations.
⢠Promote a culture of urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
⢠Over 8 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record in sales leadership positions.
⢠Comprehensive understanding of the professional skincare/spa/medspa industry, including strategies to drive growth through educational and consultative selling models.
⢠Demonstrated ability to partner with accounts to enhance their business (rather than just selling to them), fostering reorder, treatment adoption, and sustained account productivity.
⢠Proven history of consistently achieving ambitious revenue targets and scaling high-performing teams.
⢠Experience in leading and developing sales teams, with a successful track record of enhancing performance and building bench strength.
⢠Strong business and financial insights, encompassing forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making.
⢠Proven ābuilderā mindsetāadept at operating in growth-stage or evolving environments.
⢠Strong orientation towards new business development, with a demonstrated ability to open and expand accounts.
⢠Proven capacity to lead through influence, instill accountability, and operate with a sense of urgency.
⢠Highly analytical, with a strong command of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
⢠Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, capable of engaging cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
⢠Experience in ascending to greater levels of responsibility (e.g., from Regional to National scope).
⢠Willingness to travel up to 50%.
