This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide strategic oversight and assurance for the delivery of Navigate across all Priory hospitals throughout the United Kingdom.
• Manage the contracts of our procured partners involved in delivering Navigate services.
• Identify emerging themes, risks, and gaps through data analysis, feedback, and intelligence.
• Appropriately escalate concerns through established governance channels.
• Provide expert guidance, constructive feedback, and targeted support to services.
• Enhance local accountability while ensuring national consistency.
• Collaborate with service users and Lived Experience Partners to maintain the model's authenticity, relevance, and responsiveness.
• Strong understanding of patient experience, advice, advocacy, and support frameworks within health and social care.
• Proven experience in leading change and implementing new services within complex organizations.
• Experience in collaborating with multiple teams and/or delivery partners, including managing contracts, relationships, and performance, while aligning partner delivery with quality and patient experience priorities.
• Practical knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act, along with an awareness of current developments.
• Familiarity with safeguarding requirements, regulatory frameworks, and quality governance systems.
• A successful track record of empowering and supporting teams to deliver locally owned initiatives.
• Experience working in partnership with individuals who have lived experience.
• Proficient in interpreting data and qualitative intelligence to drive improvement and assurance.
• Comfortable working in a highly autonomous role that will evolve and develop as the service is established and matures.
