National Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Accountable for client retention, contract negotiations, implementation, and business consolidation.

• Create a comprehensive travel program tailored to your client’s needs.

• Develop a Business Plan to set, achieve, and evaluate the objectives of the travel program.

• Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers among customers.

• Identify opportunities to enhance client service relationships through coordinated sales efforts, pricing strategies, and implementation.

• Collaborate closely with our Implementation Specialist during the onboarding process of new business to ensure customer expectations are fulfilled.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a travel management company or related business travel account is preferred.

• Experience in account management is essential.

• Extensive knowledge of the business travel industry.

• Strong Regional or Global Program Management experience is required.

• Experience in implementing and managing large market/global clients is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
