
National Production Manager – Market Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
• Act as the primary on-site leader for all new market openings, being physically present at each location to facilitate setup and launch execution.
• Supervise the buildout of office and warehouse spaces, ensuring that each facility is fully operational -- well-equipped, organized, and compliant with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel standards -- before the launch.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new production personnel, including Installers, Installation Managers, Warehouse Supervisors, and Production Managers, guaranteeing all team members are certified and ready for the field prior to market launch.
• Own the comprehensive launch timeline and budget for each market; proactively identify and escalate risks to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, HR, Finance) to confirm that all systems, inventory, and support structures are established at launch.
• Create and maintain a standardized market launch playbook that outlines the setup process -- from site selection to the first installation -- and continuously refine it based on insights gained from the field.
• Establish post-launch reporting on operational readiness, production performance, and quality metrics to provide visibility to executives.
• Deliver thorough onboarding and ongoing training programs specifically tailored for Production Managers and Installation Managers across all markets.
• Educate Production Managers and Installation Managers on project scheduling -- encompassing job sequencing, crew coordination, and timeline management.
• Provide practical training on CRM (Salesforce) navigation, covering pipeline management, job status updates, customer notes, and reporting, to ensure consistent platform adoption across all markets.
• Develop and conduct customer interaction training, equipping Production Managers and Installation Managers with the necessary communication skills, professionalism standards, and escalation protocols to provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to create and continuously enhance standard operating procedures, making sure training content aligns with current best practices and business expectations.
• Evaluate field competency through ride-alongs, job site visits, and performance reviews; identify deficits and provide targeted coaching to elevate individuals to standard.
• Monitor training completion, certification status, and field performance metrics; report results to senior leadership and adjust programs to address recurring issues.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Operations Management, Production Management, Market Expansion, training, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from initial planning through execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of presenting effectively to field teams and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the United States; up to 75% depending on business requirements.
• Background in home improvement, home services, or a similarly structured installation/field operations business.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
