National Organizing Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the effective execution of Civic Nation and When We All Vote’s 2026 Party at the Polls initiative.

• Lead grant strategy and supervise the distribution of the Party at the Polls Fund.

• Aid in managing, developing, and negotiating partnership agreements, MOUs, and collaborative agreements.

• Oversee joint effort agreements (JEAs), ensuring accountability among partners and alignment on deliverables and timelines.

• Supervise and nurture a team of 3-5 direct reports, promoting a high-performing and mission-driven culture.

• Ensure that insights from the field shape national strategy and that activations are executed consistently and to a high standard.

• Support voter protection initiatives by allocating resources to areas deemed high-risk.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience, ideally in organizing, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.

• At least 3 years of direct supervisory or management experience.

• Proven track record in leading national organizing initiatives and/or partnership management.

• Experience with executing grant-funded projects, including knowledge of reporting obligations and compliance requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale events and projects, as well as staff, systems, and organizational processes.
