National OEM Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Strengthen relationships with our OEM partners and enhance project pipeline development to secure Hubbell’s competitive stance in the market.

• Offer support, encouragement, data, and training to the water infrastructure sales team, ensuring Hubbell meets or surpasses sales objectives.

• Create strategies and goals aimed at driving sales growth and reaching revenue targets.

• Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and produce reports to evaluate both team and individual performance.

• Design and execute sales plans, promotional activities, and initiatives to optimize revenue and market presence.

• Foster and sustain relationships with key end users, comprehending their needs and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to synchronize strategies and enhance sales processes.

• Develop and oversee sales budgets, project sales forecasts, and manage expenses to maximize profitability.

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to pinpoint opportunities or potential risks to Hubbell’s sales performance.

• Travel nationwide as necessary to engage with OEM accounts, Territory Managers, and attend trade shows.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• 6-10 years of relevant sales experience is required, with a strong preference for water utility experience.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.

• Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market data trends are essential.

• Must be self-driven, accountable, and capable of working independently.

• Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to build customer relationships and collaborate with team members of various levels and backgrounds.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills are required.

• Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.

• Anticipated travel is a minimum of 60%.
