• Act as the senior sales executive for the Diagnostic X-ray (DXR) division throughout North America.
• Oversee a team of 8 District Modality Leaders (DMLs) with complete responsibility for the growth of DXR order intake, market share, and revenue.
• Provide coaching to DMLs in active deal scenarios and facilitate pipeline and forecast assessments.
• Enhance organizational capabilities through focused coaching and performance management.
• Take ownership of DXR business outcomes in North America, which includes order intake and meeting financial goals.
• Propel market growth by implementing national competitive strategies.
• Direct complex deal strategies and national partnerships.
• Coordinate efforts among sales, marketing, operations, and enterprise teams for optimal execution.
• Over 8 years of advanced commercial experience in medical devices, diagnostic imaging, or health technology.
• Extensive knowledge of the radiology capital equipment market.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate commercial talent and conduct effective pipeline reviews.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including expertise in pricing strategy, deal structuring, and business case development.
• Must be capable of successfully meeting minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements.
