This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the U.S. Aesthetics Injectables Thought Leader engagement strategy.
• Enhance collaborations with key opinion leaders, emerging leaders, speakers, advocates, and influential customer sites.
• Act as a liaison between external thought leaders and departments such as Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Professional Education, and global stakeholders.
• Identify, categorize, and foster relationships with national, regional, and emerging KOLs.
• Create initiatives to engage thought leaders at all levels and establish a diverse network of thought leaders.
• Lead thought leader engagement activities as the main commercial lead.
• Collaborate with Marketing on the planning and execution of advisory boards.
• Suggest advisor selections and assist with contracting, communications, onsite activities, and post-event evaluations.
• Formulate and implement strategies for national congress engagement.
• Serve as a liaison between Galderma and society organizations.
• Coordinate meetings between leadership and thought leaders/customers.
• Direct symposium and in-booth efforts with GAIN faculty.
• Collaborate with the Director of GAIN Business to create tools for practice growth.
• Oversee quarterly business reviews, engagement debriefs, and executive reporting.
• Develop and manage engagement metrics, dashboards, and balanced scorecards.
• Align thought leader requests and opportunities with suitable internal resources.
• Ensure accurate engagement documentation and customer profiling in approved CRM and business intelligence systems.
• Advocate for compliance and ethical engagement practices.
• Capture and maintain updated account profiles, engagements, meetings, objectives, and next steps.
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret trends in market, competition, and product performance.
• Convey insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and brand leads.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the aesthetics and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Strong customer orientation and proven ability to build effective strategic relationships.
• Ability to interact effectively with both internal and external customers.
• Launch experience is preferred.
• Cross-functional experience demonstrating a proven ability to collaborate and coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Solid analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to use data for fact-based decision-making.
• Ability and confidence to work efficiently across a global matrix organization.
• Capability to influence without direct authority.
• Open to receiving feedback.
• Skillful in navigating ambiguity.
• Exhibits adaptability, resilience, and tenacity.
• Quick to pivot in response to changing circumstances.
• Willingness to travel more than 65% of the time.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
