This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement the engagement strategy for U.S. Aesthetics Injectables Thought Leaders.
• Identify, categorize, and build relationships with national, regional, and emerging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Act as the main commercial lead for activities related to thought leader engagement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on planning and executing advisory board activities, including advisor selection, contracting, communications, onsite support, and post-event debriefs.
• Design and implement engagement strategies for national congresses.
• Serve as a liaison between Galderma and various society organizations.
• Organize meetings between leadership and Thought Leaders/customers.
• Lead symposiums and in-booth efforts alongside GAIN faculty.
• Collaborate with the Director of GAIN Business to create practice growth tools.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews, engagement debriefs, and prepare executive reports.
• Develop and oversee engagement metrics, dashboards, and balanced scorecards.
• Ensure that thought leader requests are aligned with the appropriate internal resources.
• Maintain engagement documentation and customer profiles using approved CRM and business intelligence systems.
• Advocate for compliance and ethical engagement practices.
• Capture and keep updated records of account profiling, engagements, meetings, objectives, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret trends in the market, competition, and product performance.
• Share insights and strategic recommendations with executive leadership and brand leads.
• At least 8 years of experience in the aesthetics and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Strong customer orientation and a proven ability to develop effective strategic relationships.
• Experience with product launches is preferred.
• Cross-functional experience demonstrating a successful track record of collaboration and coordination with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• A solid foundation in analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to leverage data for fact-based decision-making.
• Capability and confidence to work effectively with a sense of urgency within a global matrix organization and influence without authority.
• Openness to feedback, adaptability, resilience, tenacity, and a swift ability to pivot.
• Willingness to travel more than 65% of the time.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
