This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Exhibit the capability to identify errors and technical issues while determining appropriate solutions.
β’ Prepare and deliver timely and comprehensive service reports.

β’ High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
β’ A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting and repair.
β’ Capable of planning and executing repairs and preventative maintenance autonomously in the field.
β’ Excellent time management skills.
β’ Creative, quick to learn, and adaptable to new technologies.
β’ Maintain a professional demeanor and prioritize customer satisfaction.
β’ Possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screening, pre-employment physical, and credit evaluation.
β’ Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
