National Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Exhibit the capability to identify errors and technical issues while determining appropriate solutions.

• Prepare and deliver timely and comprehensive service reports.

• Be responsive to customer requirements and cultivate positive relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting and repair.

• Capable of planning and executing repairs and preventative maintenance autonomously in the field.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Creative, quick to learn, and adaptable to new technologies.

• Maintain a professional demeanor and prioritize customer satisfaction.

• Possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screening, pre-employment physical, and credit evaluation.

• Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
