This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and manage the entire enterprise sales process, from initial outreach to contract finalization.
• Drive the acquisition of new logos throughout the national TPA market.
• Create and implement strategic account plans within intricate TPA organizations.
• Spearhead multi-threaded sales cycles that involve collaboration with executive leadership, claims, and operations teams.
• Position Reliant effectively against existing competitors and bundled options without depending on feature-by-feature comparison.
• Navigate channel sensitivities and competitive landscapes while preserving executive trust.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Finance to guarantee scalable delivery and robust unit economics.
• Represent Reliant Health Partners at industry conferences, executive gatherings, and strategic events.
• Over 7 years of experience in selling complex healthcare services or enterprise solutions.
• Direct experience in sales to TPAs or similarly structured intermediaries.
• Strong knowledge of claims repricing as well as the No Surprises Act / IDR workflows.
• Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing C-suite executives and senior operational leaders.
• A proven history of closing long-cycle, consultative enterprise agreements.
• Highly driven, results-oriented, and competitive with a strong sense of ownership.
