This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing team of Patient Education Liaisons in the field.
• Develop the strategy, operational model, performance standards, and growth plans for the organization.

• Formulate and implement strategies that enhance patient and caregiver education, confidence, and readiness for treatment.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality engagement with patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Oversee the creation and execution of patient education tools, resources, and support initiatives.
• Lead a team dedicated to assisting patients and caregivers in overcoming access-related challenges.
• Collaborate with Patient Services, specialty pharmacy partners, healthcare providers, and Market Access teams to ensure timely initiation of therapy.
• Establish procedures for recognizing, escalating, and addressing patient-specific treatment barriers.
• Monitor patient onboarding and treatment initiation trends, providing insights to enhance the overall patient experience.
• Work closely with Medical Affairs, Patient Services, Market Access, Commercial, Compliance, and Advocacy teams.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree in nursing, healthcare, life sciences, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in patient services, patient education, field reimbursement, nurse education, specialty pharmaceutical roles, healthcare, or related areas.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience managing field-based teams.
• Experience in supporting patients with specialty, rare diseases, neurological disorders, epilepsy, or movement disorders is preferred.
• Background in supporting patient onboarding, therapy initiation, reimbursement support programs, patient access, or related services.
• Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy, patient support programs, and common barriers to treatment access.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Willingness to travel as required.
