This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Lead the development and strategic advancement of external expert engagement within the Neuroscience therapeutic domain.
• Collaborate with prominent Medical Experts and senior cross-functional stakeholders to refine business strategy, enhance brand positioning, and generate organizational impact.
• Convert insights from the healthcare environment into innovative engagement strategies that further business objectives, improve customer experiences, and influence decisions across the enterprise.
• Define, identify, and sustain the composition of the Medical Expert (ME) universe, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Rising Stars.
• Execute and/or facilitate cross-functional one-on-one engagements with Tier 1 and high-value Tier 2 and Rising Star experts.
• In collaboration with Marketing Strategy, create advisory board and consultancy submissions.
• Work together with Medical Affairs to identify, nominate, and/or deploy MEs in response to specific market-related situations and needs.
• Organize, coordinate, and carry out cross-functional engagements with Tier 1 and Tier 2 MEs.
• Act as a primary liaison between the defined ME universe and Novartis.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape the format, design, and delivery of commercial educational programs.
• Assist in identifying and obtaining approval for Novartis' commercial engagement at regional/local conferences, state society meetings, and other events.
• Develop and implement a cohesive ME engagement plan for commercial purposes at targeted national and regional congresses.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Thought Leader Liaison (TLL), Account Management, or a related area.
• At least 5 years of experience in the designated disease area is preferred, but a strong background in Specialty Sales is required; must possess deep knowledge of thought leaders, institutions, and systems in this field.
• Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry with a proven ability to cultivate productive relationships with physicians and other Healthcare Professionals.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
