National Director – External Expert Engagement, Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for collaborating and partnering with essential stakeholders to develop and implement an annual plan.

• Interact with Medical Experts (ME) and coordinate engagements in Marketing, Medical, and General Management across all brands within the Hematology therapeutic area.

• Proactively anticipate shifts in the healthcare landscape and create solutions accordingly.

• Work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to ideate, design, implement, and budget for the annual plan.

• Ensure the execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans while measuring against key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Oversee the creation and utilization of brand materials and resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Thought Leader Liaison (TLL), Account Management, or a similar role.

• At least 5 years of experience in the designated disease area is preferred, though experience in Specialty Sales is mandatory.

• Comprehensive understanding of thought leaders, institutions, and systems within this sector.

• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industries, with a proven track record of building effective relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Strong analytical abilities and presentation skills are essential.

• Creative and conceptual thinking capabilities are required.

• Experience in developing and executing key strategies is necessary.

• Financial and budgetary experience is required.

• Preferred 2 years of experience in line management or people management.
