This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of the nationwide digital enablement strategy in collaboration with Digital, Commercial, Product, and Regional teams.
• Guide West Subregional Digital Enablement Managers while promoting the adoption and effective use of digital products, technologies, and programs.
• Establish and enhance the digital enablement operating model, defining roles, escalation procedures, and cross-functional workflows.
• Create annual market objectives that link ecommerce expansion, digital revenue, customer engagement, user adoption, and market execution to business results.
• Monitor and assess regional and market digital performance utilizing data products, dashboards, and AI tools.
• Recognize barriers to adoption and collaborate with Digital, Commercial, Operations, and field leadership to eliminate obstacles.
• Design and implement enablement programs such as the SG Champions Club.
• Execute a national supplier digital activation strategy aimed at generating additional business.
• Develop the national digital change narrative, messaging, communication tracks, and reinforcement tools.
• Work alongside product teams to identify requirements, provide market insights, support roadmaps, and share successful practices.
• Organize digital launches, sales enablement materials, communications, launch events, and digitized trade shows and tastings.
• Produce scalable playbooks, launch toolkits, adoption frameworks, and activation models.
• Enhance the capabilities of Digital Enablement Managers and field teams through coaching, performance routines, and skill development.
• Evaluate digital resource requirements and recommend resource allocation for transformation initiatives.
• Lead executive governance sessions to assess performance, address barriers, align priorities, and make decisions.
• Keep abreast of products, services, features, and enhancements offered by the Digital Organization.
• Cultivate internal and external relationships while performing additional job-related tasks as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience in digital, sales, or sales operations.
• Knowledge of B2B commerce, CRM systems, agile methodologies, and commercial sales processes.
• Strong skills in change management involving multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities to engage and persuade senior leaders.
• Capacity to collaborate in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Word.
• Familiarity with enterprise digital transformation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Wine and Spirits category is preferred.
• Ability to balance strategic and tactical priorities among various stakeholders.
• Capability to inspire and lead peers and colleagues.
• Positive attitude towards problem-solving.
• Ability to occasionally lift, lower, push, carry, or pull weights up to 20 pounds.
