This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, implement, and sustain dealer pricing programs, discount frameworks, rebate initiatives, and promotional pricing strategies for the Fuji dealer channel.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and dealer development teams to enhance competitive pricing and profitability objectives.
• Evaluate and authorize special pricing requests, dealer incentives, bid support, and pricing exceptions across channels.
• Analyze dealer performance, margin trends, competitive positioning, and pricing effectiveness.
• Ensure governance and consistency in pricing across dealer agreements and regional programs.
• Manage pricing tools, databases, and reporting systems to guarantee accurate dealer pricing and program administration.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of dealer agreements, pricing contracts, rebates, and operational documentation.
• Work in coordination with legal, finance, and sales teams to facilitate contract drafting, review, approvals, renewals, and amendments.
• Maintain centralized records of dealer contracts, compliance documentation, and pricing agreements.
• Monitor contract obligations, pricing commitments, rebate terms, and renewal schedules.
• Assist in dealer onboarding and operational setup processes related to contracts and pricing programs.
• Identify contractual or operational risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Lead operational initiatives aimed at enhancing dealer support processes, workflow efficiency, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for dealer pricing, contract administration, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline dealer order management, approvals, claims processing, and communication workflows.
• Support enhancements and integrations for ERP, CRM, and dealer management systems.
• Create operational dashboards and KPI reporting related to dealer program performance, pricing utilization, and contract compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, dealer experience, and operational excellence.
• Act as a crucial liaison between dealer sales teams, finance, legal, operations, customer service, and executive leadership.
• Provide guidance to dealers and internal stakeholders regarding pricing policies, contract requirements, and operational procedures.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning efforts for the Fuji dealer channel.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and evaluations of dealer programs.
• Establish performance objectives, offer constructive feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure team members meet expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, contracts administration, channel operations, dealer support, or commercial operations.
• Proven experience working with dealer, distributor, reseller, or channel partner networks.
• Strong analytical capabilities and financial modeling skills.
• Experience managing pricing programs, dealer agreements, rebates, and operational workflows.
• Prior experience in team management and leadership.
• Expertise in pricing strategy and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability in contract lifecycle management.
• Experience in operational process improvement.
• Financial and commercial acumen.
• Excellent cross-functional teamwork skills encompassing product management, support, sales, service, and management.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in reporting and data analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and dealer management systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with advanced skills in Excel and reporting tools.
