
National Category & Strategic Accounts Manager – Heavy Duty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Spearhead business expansion through the development of national accounts
• Propel category growth and enhance profitability
• Shape product assortment, inventory strategies, pricing, and go-to-market plans
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBR) and meetings with executive-level customers
• Represent the organization at significant industry events
• Assist franchise owners and field sales teams in promoting Heavy-Duty growth
• Create and implement sales training, product education, and launch readiness programs
• Proven track record in national accounts, strategic sales, category management, or business development
• Experience collaborating with HD distributors, fleets, carriers, dealership groups, and large aftermarket clients
• Established capability to close intricate, multi-stakeholder deals
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects within a growth-focused environment
• Over 5 years of experience in the Heavy-Duty aftermarket (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Familiarity with major Heavy-Duty engine platforms (Cummins, Detroit, Volvo/Mack) (preferred)
• Understanding of aftermarket distribution, category management, pricing strategies, inventory planning, product launch execution, CRM, and forecasting experience (preferred)
