This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure that sales objectives and KPIs are achieved or surpassed by holding sales leaders and representatives accountable.
• Concentrate on delivering business outcomes through effective communication, aligned objectives, and a culture driven by results.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the internal operational components of Vanigent.
• Oversee the overall P&L for the Project.
• Create and implement a national sales strategy to meet brand aspirations, product success, and contract fulfillment.
• Track sales patterns, account performance, competitive landscape, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and challenges.
• Ensure compliance in executing deliverables, aligning with the brand's program objectives, and striving to enhance program implementation efficiency.
• Collaborate in setting performance goals and objectives at all levels, along with appropriate metrics to guarantee achievement.
• Manage the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, training, and staffing of the management, sales, and engagement center sales teams.
• Provide regular and ongoing performance feedback to all direct reports, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Set performance expectations and supervise the activities of direct reports within both the field management and Client Services structures, including adherence to policies.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business or Life Sciences; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Over 15 years of experience in the commercial pharmaceutical sector.
• At least 7 years in leading national or regional teams, with experience as a 2nd line leader.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Immunology is required.
• Proven history in leadership, management, and operational oversight, with a strong background in product launches.
• Analytical mindset, metrics-driven, with a strong capability to formulate sales strategies and ensure effective tactical execution.
• Exceptional organizational skills, particularly in project planning, implementation, and managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to recruit, lead, coach, and mentor high-performing teams.
• Diverse commercial experience in Training, Marketing, Sales Ops, Market Access, or IC is preferred.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities, proficient in various tools and solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess a solid understanding of account management and sales operational functions.
