This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Acquire strategically chosen prospective and new clients in the Healthcare sector (Long-term Care & Acute Care) as well as in Foodservice & Hospitality.
• Assist the Head of Business Development in achieving sales objectives.
• Drive business development by expanding the business through focused planning and execution of initiatives within the sector.
• Secure new clients.
• Actively manage leads from the initial contact through to proposal stage.
• Establish robust and comprehensive relationships with customers and maintain communication with decision-makers and staff.
• Develop an annual business plan for designated key customers, segments, and distributors.
• Create thorough cleaning and hygiene concepts.
• Meet sales targets with specified key clients (new customers).
• Identify needs and resolve issues to implement the complete product/service offering (cross-selling), thereby maximizing sales range.
• Successfully implement and transition newly acquired clients to the corresponding sales teams.
• Present and demonstrate new products and equipment effectively.
• Create and manage sales funnels in collaboration with the sectors.
• Embed the company’s philosophy in sales and customer service.
• Participate in industry congresses and events.
• Assist colleagues in new client acquisition and addressing customer issues.
• Completed vocational training in commerce along with further qualifications in business administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant B2B experience, ideally in facility management, particularly in new customer acquisition.
• Knowledge of the market and industry, coupled with experience in sales or project management.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, perseverance, and an engaging personality.
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, with additional experience in CRM systems being advantageous.
• Residing in Austria.
