National Accounts Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Offer specialized assistance to National Accounts Coordinators and Sales Representatives in the management of national accounts.

• Address customer inquiries and fulfill requests efficiently.

• Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to implement national account activities.

• Create precise quotes, evaluate vendor quotes, and aid in negotiating discounts when necessary.

• Assist in timely and accurate order entry while meeting customer specifications and deadlines.

• Organize logistics for shipments, deliveries, and equipment installations in coordination with vendors, carriers, installers, and customers.

• Utilize third-party facility management software to monitor and oversee orders, shipments, and installations.

• Tackle and resolve customer equipment issues, escalating more complex problems as required.

• Deliver prompt and professional customer service.

• Maintain and analyze data related to quotes, orders, and installations.

• Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare regular reports and updates for coordinators and management.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent military or practical experience.

• 2–4 years of experience in the foodservice/hospitality/restaurant sector, with familiarity in national accounts coordination or a similar role.

• Completion of the CFSP Test within the first 3 years of employment; CFSP Certification is preferred.

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, manage logistics, and effectively support national account activities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with the capability to learn and employ database and quoting software.

• Must successfully pass a background check after offer acceptance.

• Knowledge of foodservice equipment, industry standards, and best practices.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to coordinate logistics and handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
