This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.
β’ Accountable for managing the relationships with our top national clients.
β’ Cultivates and oversees new and existing relationships with corporate customers.
β’ Collaborates with Sales Leadership to enhance sales on important projects and program opportunities.
β’ Ensures seamless communication between our field teams and the clients' offices.
β’ Establishes and nurtures strong connections with job site superintendents, customer field contacts, and relevant stakeholders.
β’ Designs and implements strategic key account plans to stimulate customer growth.
β’ Proposes and secures customer category programs.
β’ Represents account needs by leading and guiding the sales team.
β’ Works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of the account.
β’ Manages complaints as the initial point of contact.
β’ Typically requires a BS/BA in a relevant field.
β’ Generally requires 8+ years of experience in a related area OR an MS/MA with approximately 5+ years of experience in a related field.
β’ Certification may be necessary in certain areas.
β’ Over 8 years of sales experience in commercial construction supply distribution, with a proven track record of strong performance.
β’ Proven history of establishing relationships with corporate-level clients to enhance customer sales.
β’ Excellent presentation skills, with expertise in PowerPoint.
β’ Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
