This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Implement the Lantheus vision and strategy in collaboration with our channel customers; work across functions to drive product development and harness business opportunities.
• Confidently present a comprehensive range of key strategic information to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Advocate for and promote the company's cultural values.
• Ensure that initiatives are in line with Lantheus' culture and objectives.
• Execute essential channel strategies that support the company's marketing and sales goals.
• Work with internal stakeholders to analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable strategic plans.
• Identify and assess potential channel partners, including GPOs, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, to broaden market reach and improve product distribution.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create joint programs, incentives, and promotions that enhance channel partner engagement to meet sales targets.
• Coordinate across functions to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives and take responsibility for organizational outcomes.
• Proactively engage with relevant internal stakeholders to identify, plan, develop, and/or adjust project deliverables deemed essential for success.
• Continue to drive strategic planning efforts to ensure the long-term viability of the business.
• Ensure that processes, systems, and projects align with Lantheus compliance policies and guidelines.
• Oversee comprehensive contract negotiation and administration, including the development of strategic business cases, implementation, and ongoing performance evaluation to guarantee contract compliance.
• Manage time efficiently to ensure regular visits to all accounts to foster and expand Lantheus business.
• Execute Quarterly Business Reviews in a timely manner.
• Offer consultative support and guidance to other members of the executive leadership team.
• Over 10 years of experience in roles of increasing scope and responsibility within regulated life sciences organizations.
• Extensive commercial experience with a proven track record of success in either therapeutics or diagnostics, including launch experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and/or medical device industries and hospital systems (e.g., GPOs, Medical Directors, P&T Committees, referral patterns, etc.), along with an understanding of federal, state, industry, company, and customer compliance regulations and policies.
• Experience in managing Health Systems, GPOs, and/or large accounts.
• Clinical and/or technical expertise (e.g., radiopharmaceuticals, oncology, urology, neurology, disease state and treatment paradigms, and emerging trends).
