This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at meeting revenue, retention, and expansion objectives.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance market share within current national account relationships through additional locations, service improvements, and specialized services.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business prospects within assigned accounts and target organizations.
• Lead sales presentations, business evaluations, and discussions at the executive level with key decision-makers.
• Contribute to proposal creation, pricing strategies, and responses to RFP/RFQ for both current and potential national accounts.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of growth opportunities and provide accurate sales performance forecasts.
• Facilitate contract negotiations and renewals to maximize profitability and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Work collaboratively with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure adherence to contracts and successful execution of agreements.
• Assist in seamless customer onboarding and expansion efforts in collaboration with the Portfolio Implementation Manager and the National Accounts Operations team.
• Act as the primary sales manager for assigned national account clients.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customer stakeholders, Regional Franchise Developers, and internal business partners.
• Conduct regular business reviews to comprehend customer objectives, assess performance, and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Ensure prompt communication, resolve issues, and engage proactively with customers.
• Advocate for customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, and Implementation teams to provide a consistent customer experience.
• Relay customer needs, market intelligence, and competitive insights throughout the organization.
• Assist with strategic initiatives aimed at promoting national account growth and operational excellence.
• Keep accurate records of accounts, pipeline activities, and sales forecasts within CRM systems.
• Evaluate account performance, sales trends, and market conditions to uncover opportunities and risks.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, business reviews, and strategic recommendations to sales leadership.
• Offer insights and recommendations that align with the overall growth strategy of the National Accounts program.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in national accounts, strategic accounts, enterprise sales, or key account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales and revenue targets.
• Experience managing intricate sales cycles and multi-location customer relationships.
• Background in franchise, facility services, commercial cleaning, or related service industries is preferred.
