
National Account Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Serve as the main liaison for a hyperscale data center client
• Oversee multi-site and multi-region initiatives across all facilities
• Ensure program delivery aligns with client standards, compliance requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Create and implement standardized processes for design, installation, commissioning, and service
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including budget compliance, on-time delivery, quality, and safety
• Manage risk registers, escalation procedures, and mitigation plans
• Ensure appropriate staffing ratios across different regions
• Collaborate with the supply chain to avoid material delays and maintain vendor accountability
• Coordinate efforts of Account Executives, Project Managers, engineers, and technicians to provide integrated security solutions
• Lead project review meetings, delivering status updates and action plans
• Oversee program-level profit and loss (P&L), revenue projections, and margin objectives
• Manage change orders, billing milestones, and cash flow monitoring
• Identify growth opportunities within the current client landscape
• Ensure solutions comply with security, safety, and regulatory standards
• Supervise testing and inspection programs to ensure life-safety compliance
• Act as a strategic partner to client stakeholders
• Align integrator resources with client roadmaps, including buildouts, expansions, and retrofitting
• Assist in quarterly business reviews with performance reports and strategic recommendations
• Promote lessons learned and continuous improvement across all projects
• Utilize BIM, PMO tools, and service ticketing systems effectively
• Advocate for the standardization of designs, product lines, and deployment models across regions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Over 5 years of experience in program/project management
• More than 2 years of experience in the data center and AI sectors
• Proven ability to lead both local and remote teams
• Strong communication skills with local and remote teams through regular meetings, emails, and project management platforms
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Trello
• Excellent team-building skills
• In-depth knowledge of security, safety, and regulatory standards, including UL, NFPA, PCI, HIPAA, ISO, and SOC 2
