This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Strategic oversight of business operations within Beauty Retailers
• Develop the strategic vision and oversee its tactical execution
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to provide outstanding support
• Engage in Joint Business Planning
• Enhance profitability and productivity
• Conduct regular meetings with Retailers and their Buying/Merchant teams
• Manage both short-term and long-term business outcomes
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a national account is essential
• Experience with Sephora, Department Stores, or Subscription boxes is advantageous
• A background in the beauty industry is required
• Strong analytical skills are necessary
• Proficiency in forecasting, business planning, and trade spend management
• Familiarity with syndicated data, planogram analysis, and marketing principles
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for retailer meetings, events, and internal gatherings
• A valid Driver’s License is mandatory
