• Formulate detailed Account plans that include measurable metrics and KPIs.
• Establish and oversee targets for the national sales team.
• Cultivate a trustworthy and professional rapport with clients.
• Conduct meetings with clients and account managers.
• Ensure all accounts are properly managed and maintained.
• Supervise and lead regional sales personnel within your department.
• Address and follow up on client complaints and inquiries.
• Advocate for new services and products to clients in your department.
• Provide updates to senior management regarding the status of your accounts.
• Take a proactive role in presentations and proposals for national accounts.
• Observe and identify market trends, competitive advantages, and more.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• We are looking for at least 5 years of experience in a regional or national account manager role, demonstrating a successful sales history in selling electrical or engineering-related services (PLC/Automation/Drives/Controls) to the Data Center Segment. Alternatively, we will consider candidates currently working as electrical engineers or project managers for a Data Center, who have excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, and the ability to lead a sales team, along with a keen interest and capacity for sales/account management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
