This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and lead a comprehensive Professional Beauty Direct to Salon Sales team.
• Accountable for managing select National Accounts throughout Canada within the professional beauty sector.
• Propel profitable net sales growth in Direct-to-Salon and National Accounts.
• Establish and nurture enduring partnerships with professional salons.
• Guide, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving sales team.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot, and Social Media platforms.
• Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in the professional beauty industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
